Shipping Timeframe

  •  Delivery within Dubai within 24 hours. Delivery to other emirates within 2 days.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on location, courier partner delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Any additional charges such as duties, taxes, or customs fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Returns Due to Incorrect Address

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
